RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the State, on the strength of Memo No.674 dated 16.2.2016 issued by the Land Acquisition Officer, Urban Estate, Faridabad, to the Advocate General, Haryana, submits that he has got the instructions to say that the appellant-State of Haryana does not intend to press this appeal any further. He submits that identical appeals arising out of the same acquisition have already been dismissed by this court, vide order dated 10.12.2015 passed in RFA No.1255 of 2014 (Mukesh Kumar Vs. State of Haryana and others).

In view of the above, he seeks permission of the court to withdraw the application for condonation of delay, application for stay as well as the appeal.

Permission is granted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
