RAJESH BINDAL, J Challenge in the present appeal has been made to the award passed by the Land Acquisition Collector under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Along with the appeal, an application seeking condonation of delay of 452 days in filing thereof has been filed. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal as well as the application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal, with liberty to avail of appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
