The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents for issuance of Sale Certificate in favour of legal representatives of Ex. Subedar Major Late Sh. Gauri Shankar and sanction of mutation of allotted evacuee land in Revenue estate. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if appropriate directions are issued to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 20.06.2024 (Annexure P-6). 3.
