The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.1 to 3 for conducting fair and proper investigation in FIR No.69 dated 04.03.2019, under Sections 279, 304-A and 337 IPC, registered at Police Station Kasola, Rewari (Annexure P-1) and to trace the vehicle which had allegedly caused the accident in question.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought an adjournment to argue the matter.

The learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that an 'Untraced' report has been submitted and accepted by the Trial Court on 02.03.2022. He further submits that in case, further information is made available to the Investigating Agency, it shall further proceed in accordance with law.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in the present petition, at this stage. Disposed of accordingly.
