HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Allegations against the petitioner are that 2000 tablets of Tramadol Hydrochloride were recovered from his possession for which he had no valid licence.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2019 i.e almost about two years and five months. As of now, only three out of 13 witnesses have been examined. The next date fixed before the trial court is 31.03.2022. At this stage, no ground is made out for grant of bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial Court is requested to endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible.
