In the present case, on 25.06.2025, there is recovery of 255 grams of heroin from the petitioner, which itself commercial in nature. Besides, he is involved in 15 other cases right from the year 2015. In such circumstances, no ground is made out to entertain the plea for bail is made out at this stage.
