AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioners all benefits/financial benefits of previous service. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that though petitioners have not submitted any representation but his writ petition be treated as representation and direction be also issued to the respondents to consider and decide the same within some specified time. In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation and decide the same in view of order dated 24.08.2018 (Annexure P-1) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
