(ORAL) The present revision petition is filed with a short prayer seeking a direction to learned Additional District Judge to decide the arbitration case Nos.Arb./1159 dated 11.08.2016 titled Dr.Naresh Kumar Sood vs Dayanand Medical College & Hospital and another and Arb./1192 dated 26.08.2016 titled Dayanand Medical College & Hospital and another vs Dr.Naresh Kumar Sood as expeditiously as possible. It is stated that the Award was passed on 28.05.2016 and the petitioner filed the petition on 11.08.2016. The petition was filed by the respondents on 26.08.2016. However, the same are still pending. In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court to decide the above-mentioned arbitration cases as early as possible and preferably within three months from the date already fixed before it.
