(Oral) The appeal is partly allowed to the extent that for 2 kanals and 4 marlas of land, the appellant shall be entitled for 50% of the compensation on account of severance charges in addition to what has been granted to him by the Reference Court and it is dismissed regarding further enhancement of the balance amount.
