(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellants fairly points out at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment dated 08.02.2017, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 3406 of 2011, titled "Sona Dei and others v. State of Haryana and others", and connected matters, vide which the appeals preferred by the claimant/landowners, arising out of the same acquisition, were dismissed by this Court. The present appeal too shall have to be dismissed.
