After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record of the case, present appeal has been found squarely covered by the order dated 22.9.2015 passed in Hanuman Singh's case (supra).

In view of the abovesaid fact situation obtaining in the present case, instant appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 22.9.2015 passed in Hanuman Singh's case (supra). Disposed of, accordingly.
