ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) The present regular second appeal pertains to the year 2019. The case was adjourned on 20.12.2019 on the request of learned counsel for the appellant. Yet again on 04.02.2020 the case was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellant. On 31.05.2022, none had appeared on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant despite the case being called twice. On 21.09.2022, a request was made for an adjournment on behalf of counsel for the appellant on the ground that he is unwell. The case was adjourned to today. However, it was made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted.

Today, the matter has been called twice but none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. The Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
