* * * RAJIV SHARMA, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE This appeal is instituted against the judgment dated 05.02.2019, rendered by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 11700 of 2013. The appellant claims himself to be workman. He raised an industrial dispute. The matter was referred to the Labour Court. The Labour Court decided the matter against the appellant. In these circumstances, the appellant filed the writ petition. The learned Single Judge dismissed the petition on 05.12.2019.
