(Oral) CM-1432-CII-2024 The present application has been filed by learned counsel for the respondents, thereby bringing to the notice of the Court that warrant of possession, was duly executed in the execution petition and the respondent/landlord has taken over the possession of the suit property. Along with vernacular copy of the warrant of possession, its report has also been filed. Even, translated copy of the warrant has also been filed.
