'Notice of motion for 16.09.2024 subject to deposit of Rs.50,000/- with the Registry of this Court.' 2.

The said amount of ₹50,000/-have not been deposited with the Registry of this Court on account of which notice could not be issued to the respondents.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the instant petition.
