SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Instant appeal has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.219 dated 11.07.2024 under Sections 115/351(3) of BNS 2023 and under Sections 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, 1989 registered at P.S Munak, District Karnal.

In compliance of earlier order dated 06.09.2024, Mr. B.S. Virk, Sr. DAG, Haryana has put in appearance for the respondent-State. He would inform that the petitioner has joined investigation in compliance of the order passed by this Court and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. He, on instructions from ASI Rajnish Kumar, submits that a cancellation report stands prepared, which would be presented in the Court within two weeks from today. As per office report, respondent No.2 stands served through his wife but no one has appeared on his behalf. He is proceeded against ex parte.
