The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to take legal action against the private respondents No.4 to 6 qua the complaints dated 29.09.2023, 04.10.2023 and 21.311.2023 (Annexures P-8 to P-10) moved by the petitioner as also the legal notice (Annexure P-13). 2.

The learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that the complaints have been examined and the dispute between the parties is of a civil nature.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
