*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) Satnam Kaur-petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for transfer of investigation in case FIR No.84 dated 26.08.2019 under Sections 323, 324, 341, 506 and 34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Nawanshahar, District SBS Nagar.

On 30.09.2019, the following order was passed:- "Mr. Balbir Singh Sewak, Addl. A.G. Punjab is directed to verify the facts as pleaded in the petition Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply three sets of paper book to the learned State counsel, during the course of the day.

Adjourned to 15.10.2019."

Today, learned State counsel assisted by ASI Prem Lal apprised the Court that the investigation in the above FIR is complete and the final report stands filed on 18.09.2019.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
