Petitioner has moved this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of necessary directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and his family members with further prayer for fair and impartial investigation.

( 2 ) CRM-M-51682-2021 The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondents No.2 & 3 to take action as per law on the representations dated 22.11.2021 (Annexure P-2) & dated 2.12.2021 (Annexure P-3).

State counsel submits that the concerned authorities will look into the matter and take decision on the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to consider and decide the aforesaid representations dated 22.11.2021 (Annexure P-2) & dated 2.12.2021 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within a period of next two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
