The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.87 dated 29.06.2025, registered under Section 105 of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka, Punjab. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required in this case.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 22.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
