(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to official respondents to release the vehicle bearing Registration No.PB-02EJ-9994, Mark Kia Sonet, Model 2022, bearing chasis no.MZBFE813LNN206162 and engine No.D4FANM601043 which was impounded/ detained by respondent No.3 in Police Station City Fazilka. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he would be satisfied in case his representation (Annexure P-4) be decided in a time bound manner.
