(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 147 dated 21.10.2021 registered under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC at Police Station City Batala, District Batala, Gurdaspur, Punjab. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such, as the aforesaid FIR has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2024 passed in CRM-M-64086-2023. Learned counsel for the State and respondent No. 2 have not disputed the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
