Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner was an Exserviceman, had participated in a selection process, that came into being vide Advertisement dated 30.05.2023 for appointment against Group C & D posts, under his categoey of Ex-serviceman (General) and had scored 59.47 marks, while the cut-off for the said category is 48.80, however, his name does not find mention in the result, with regard to which, he though submitted a representation on 11.03.2024, however, does not have the copy thereof. In view of which, he thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner states that a fresh representation shall be submitted, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion.
