Sadar Jind . Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satish Kumar, P.S. Sadar Jind informs that upon completion of investigation of the aforementioned case cancellation report dated 04.01.2022 was accepted by the Court of Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jind. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
