       Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has placed on record a copy of the order dated 25.09.2023 passed by Dr. B.R.Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences-respondent No.2 whereby the impugned order cancelling the petitioner's admission has been quashed and his admission to MBBS course has been restored. The order passed by respondent No.2 is taken on record as Mark-X. He submits that in such circumstances the relief prayed for has been granted and therefore, the petition may be disposed of as having rendered infructuous.

Be that as it may, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
