This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing FIR No.54 dated 13.03.2019, registered under Sections 304-A/279 IPC at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.
