AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for setting aside the transfer order of the petitioner dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Principal Secretary School Education, Haryana, Chandigarh.

On asking of Court, Mr.Hitesh Pandit, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent no.2 to consider and decide representation dated 14.09.2019 (Annexure P-7) within some specified time.

CWP No.27245 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 14.09.2019 (Annexure P-7) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
