(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.139 dated 22.8.2019 under Sections 323, 326, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station City Patti, District Tarn Taran.

The operative part of order dated 27.9.2019 is reproduced below:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of version and cross-version and in the cross-version case, father and mother of the petitioner Wariyam Singh and Paramjit Kaur have also suffered injuries List again on 1.11.2019."

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Sukhwinder Singh has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and order dated 27.9.2019, passed by this Court, is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
