Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier a cancellation report was filed. However, learned Judicial Magistrate concerned had returned the same for further investigation.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh, submits that after further investigation, again a fresh cancellation/untraced report is being filed.

Given above, nothing survives in the present petition and same is disposed of as such. However, before passing any order, the concerned Judicial Magistrate shall issue notice to the petitioner and it shall be permissible for the petitioner to join the proceedings on her own. It is further clarified that the order shall be passed only after giving a detailed and reasoned hearing to the petitioner. Furthermore, it shall be open for the petitioner to take legal remedies in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of in the above said terms. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
