Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the decision given by this Court in RFA No. 2075 of 2012 decided on 3.9.2014. However, appellants will not be entitled to receive interest and other benefits for the intervening period of 414 days (i.e. due to delay in filing the appeal).
