HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned action of the respondents, assigning the duty of Security Guard to the other staff/daily wages by making the petitioners, who are working as Security Guard, SP (Seasonal Permanent) paid off during the off season being contrary to the decision of respondent No.2 dated 15.09.2017. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke the alternative remedy on the same cause of action in accordance with law.
