Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been field seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the Pay Scale of ` 9300-34800, Grade Pay ` 4299 (Revised Scale, ` 35,400-1,12,400 in FPL-06) from 28.08.2020, the date of promotion of the petitioner, at par with similarly situated Junior Librarian working under Directorate of Technical Education in the same department, i.e., Department of Higher Education, Haryana. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending legal notice, dated 09.04.2023, Annexure-11. 3.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Director General, Higher Education Department, Haryana, to consider and decide the pending legal notice, dated 09.04.2023, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
