(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents have filed a reply by way of affidavit alongwith which they have attached an order dated 13.01.2020 (Annexure R-1), by which, the review application dated 03.01.2019 (Annexure P-7) filed by the petitioner has been decided. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the order dated 13.01.2020 (Annexure R-1) needs to be challenged, petitioner be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same of cause of action by challenging the order dated 13.01.2020 (Annexure R-1) as well.
