**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners by providing adequate protection to the petitioners in lieu of the threat perception at the hands of accused persons in the FIR No.0226 dated 03.07.2022 under Sections 25, 387, 506, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sector 6, Bahadurgarh. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, District Jhajjar, to look into the representation dated 27.08.2024 (Annexure P-3), within a time bound manner.

CRWP-8418-2024 Without adverting to the merits of the case and in view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, District Jhajjar, to look into the representation (Annexure P-3) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.
