(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to register an FIR on complaint dated 05.05.2022 to Director General of Police, Punjab and SSP, District Fazilka moved by the petitioner against the accused persons as per law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Govt. of U.P. and others.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy in accordance with law.
