AT CHANDIGARH CWP-27186-2019 (O&M) Date of decision : 23.09.2019 Dev Vart ... Petitioner
Versus
State of Haryana and another ... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL
Present:
Mr. Lekh Raj Nandal, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Transfer is only in the Mewat District and at the distance of ninety (90) kms.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while making transfer of petitioner, school strength/workload has not been taken into consideration.
By rejecting the plea of transfer, being administrative decision of the State and keeping in view the fact that the transfer is within the same District and cadre, I do not intend to interfere with the decision of the State. However, as regards the workload/strength, petitioner is granted liberty to make representation and in case, such representation is made, the same shall be decided within a period of two months from the date of its receipt.
With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition stands disposed of.
