This petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 08.07.2019 passed by the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra.

None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 21.09.2022 and Registry was directed to inform learned counsel for the petitioner about the date fixed. On the next date as well none had appeared on his behalf, despite he having been intimated about the date fixed through email. Position remains the same even today, case having been called out twice.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue that matter.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
