Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present petition was filed in the year 2019 and was adjourned owing to Covid-19 Pandemic, yet the fact is that in the interregnum the trial has proceeded and the same is at advanced stage wherein the evidence is going on. Therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas available to the petitioner before the Ld. Trial Court.
