(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.115 dated 27.5.2022 registered under Sections 323, 379-B, 452, 427, 148, 149, IPC at Police Station Chheharta, District Amritsar. As per the allegations recorded in the FIR, at the time of occurrence, the petitioner and his companions trespassed into the shop of the complainant and ransacked the same and co-accused Amanpreet Singh took away the licensed pistol of the complainant and his co-accused Sandeep GAURAV SOROT 2023.01.19 09:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.

( 2 ) CRM-M-46908-2022 Singh and Ajay snatched `60,000/- from the pocket of the trouser of the complainant. As has been apprised by the State counsel, the licensed pistol later on recovered from co-accused Sukhdev Singh father of Amanpreet Singh.

Today the counsel for the petitioner informed the Court that the petitioner has deposited `20,000/- with the Court concerned and also joined investigation with the police in compliance of previous order of interim bail and also produced the receipt with regard to deposit of `20,000/- which is taken on record.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurpartap Singh has admitted that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and also deposited `20,000/- in the Court concerned and now is not required by the police for any further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and orders dated 12.10.2022 and 18.11.2022 are hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. However, the aforesaid deposit of `20,000/- with the Court concerned will be subject to outcome of final order of the trial Court.
