No other address of the appellant is available except for the address as stated in the impugned award dated 24.05.2017 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ludhiana and in the memo of parties. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
