**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 read with Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 vide order dated 24.07.2024 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Nuh in FIR No.211 dated 26.05.2021 under Sections 302, 34, 120-B of IPC and Sections 25,54, 59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Clerk Association, Chandigarh as has been volunteered by learned counsel for the petitioner.
