Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 14.05.2024, whereby petitioners have been summoned to face trial in complaint case bearing No.COMA-375-2024 dated 13.05.2024 filed under Section 12 read with Sections 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
