-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent No.1 to 3 to protect their lives and liberty from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 got married with respondent No.4 but they are having marital discord and respondent No.4 deserted petitioner No.1 and then she started living with petitioner No.2 and now they are into live-in relationship, which is being opposed by respondent No.4 to 6 and they are extending threats to the petitioners and in this regard representation Annexure P-3 is already given to PUNEET CHAWLA 2022.10.19 13:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRWP-9810-2022 respondent No.2 but the police authorities failed to take any action against the private respondents.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Naveen Kumar Sheoran, DAG, accepts notice on behalf of the State of Haryana. He submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

In view of above, without going into merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider representation (Annexure P-3) and to provide appropriate protection to the petitioners if so warranted. However, any observations made in this order will not be construed as an expression of opinion on the relationship between the petitioners.

Respondents No.4 to 6 are at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy against the petitioners.

In case the petitioners have committed any offence, the law will take its own course.
