Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the official respondents to protect life & liberty of petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 10. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner (who is present in Court), submits that present petition be disposed off with liberty to take recourse to any other remedy available under law.
