The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to correct/rectify the error/mistake whereby the share of the petitioner has been wrongly written as 7/1492 instead of 17/1492 in the Jamabandi 2020-2021.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Revenue Authorities seeking Fard Badar of the entries which have been wrongly carried out in the revenue records.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
