Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to official respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.0133 dated 20.09.2021 registered under Section 354-A, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, which was added later on, at Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-1). Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the State. Upon instructions from HC Gurjant Singh, State counsel submits that all the four named accused have been arrested and released on bail.
