(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted vide order dated 08.8.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Moga in FIR No.108 dated 02.09.2022, under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC, registered at Police Station. He has placed on record the copy of the said order, the same is taken on record as 'Mark-A'. He submits that in view of the said development, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
