Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without giving any valid reason despite the fact that the petitioner has studied for academic period after provisional promotion to BAMS Fourth Professional year, but he is still not being allowed by the respondent-university to appear in the BAMS Fourth Professional Examination which is commencing from 29.07.2025 on the ground of incomplete study period. Hence, the petitioner intends to approach the respondent-university concerned by filing a representation claiming therein that the petitioner had already studied for the requisite period alongwith other candidates and therefore, the compassionate view be taken so that the precious year of the petitioner is not wasted, RIYA 2025.07.24 16:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Keeping in view the advance copy given, learned counsel for respondents appears and submits that in case, any representation as stated herein above, would be submitted by the petitioner in the office of the concerned authorities or the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority, within a period of three days of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order and in case, the petitioner is found entitled for grant of any relief, the same will be granted to him, otherwise due reasons for not accepting the claim of the petitioner will be mentioned in the speaking order the said reasons will also be conveyed to the petitioner for his information and necessary action.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation with respondents as stated herein before. 5.
