By way of present petition filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, contempt proceedings are sought to be initiated against the respondents towards alleged willful non-compliance of order dated 15.05.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-10380-2023.

Learned counsel representing the respondent submits that the marriage of the petitioner stands registered vide certificate dated 25.10.2023 and order qua which the contempt proceedings have been sought, stands complied with, thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, nothing remains in the present petition. 4.

Petition stands disposed of.
