By way of filing the instant petition, violation of the order dated 10.04.2023 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court in CWP-7766-2019, has been alleged.

The petitioner filed a writ petition challenging the order passed by the Chief Administrator, Housing Board Haryana (respondent No.2 in the writ petition), rejecting the claim of the petitioner for regularization w.e.f. 31.01.1996 under the Policy dated 18.03.1996. 3.
The writ petition was allowed and respondent No.2 in the writ petition was directed to take all corrective steps in accordance with law, within a period of two months.

Learned counsel for the respondent contends that in compliance of the order dated 10.04.2023 (Annexure P-1), an order dated 03.09.2025 (Annexure R-2) has been passed by the respondent and the arrears amounting to Rs.5,05,619/- have been disbursed to the petitioner on 05.09.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that since all the benefits have not been granted to the petitioner, as such, he intends to challenge the aforesaid order dated 03.09.2025 (Annexure R-2). 7.
In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the correctness of the order dated 03.09.2025 (Annexure R-2), if so advised. 8.
